This session will provide an overview of healthcare-associated infection (HAI) surveillance and its role in promoting patient safety. It will also explore how the HAI surveillance data have been used to drive HAI prevention and demonstrate improvements over time. Additionally, one of our international partners will discuss their implementation of an HAI surveillance program and its effects on HAI prevention.
