How to Access Certificates of Completion

Visit your APIC Education Dashboard to download your certificates of completion for all completed webinars, online courses, and virtual live workshops. Please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your APIC Education Dashboard using your APIC account login details (email address and password associated with your APIC account).

2. Click on My Dashboard then Transcript/Achievements.

3. Bookmark this direct link to visit your Transcript page.

4. On your Transcript page, you will see all completed educational items with the option to view/print individual certificates (Education Dashboard) or a full transcript within the Transcript page

How do I access my online course after I’ve registered?

Once you have received a confirmation email (10-15 minutes after payment), our system has formally recognized you as a registrant of the course. To access your course:

  1. On the APIC website, select “My Account” in the top right corner
  2. Log in using the same email and password used to register for the course
  3. The top right menu will then change slightly to include “My Courses”. Click here to access your personal APIC Education Dashboard.

Course access is provided for 12 months after the date of registration. You can re-visit the course, and all modules/resources that make up the courses, as many times as desired during those 12 months utilizing the instructions provided above.

I don’t see a course I enrolled in under My Courses.

Sometimes it can take an hour or so after the course purchase for it to appear. If you have received a confirmation email, but the course does not appear within 24 hours, please contact APIC Education at eLearning@apic.org.

Do I have to watch each module in one sitting?

All of our courses have “bookmarking” capabilities, so it will save your progress as long as you correctly exit the course by closing the course window. If you have to step away, please be sure to pause the presentation, and exit the course before leaving. Stepping away before properly exiting the course may result in a system time-out that may not save your progress.
