Microlesson: Performance Improvement 

In this microlesson, you will learn about performance measures and how to use them. There will be some practical applications of the methods as well as common challenges encountered and how to overcome them. Objectives for this microlesson are to define performance improvement, list various performance improvement methodologies, discuss practical applications in healthcare, discuss steps for implementation, and to list common challenges and how to overcome them.
