Whether working as a single Infection Preventionist at one facility or supporting many individuals in a multi-facility system this session will provide practical skills and techniques to build more resilient programs that are ready for when the next stressor hits.

Suzanne is the Associate Vice Present of Northern Light Health, a 10 hospital health care system servicing the northern 2/3 of the state of Maine.  She has worked in Infection Prevention since 2015 across a variety of settings including shelters during disaster relief responses, critical access and acute care facilities and at a system level.  Outside of work, Suzanne lives on a working farm with her husband and 2 dogs.
